Holy clay coolness! Pottery Express and Bamboo Farm in Punta Gorda, Florida, is pretty amazing. I had heard it had quite a few pieces of decorative and artistic pottery from Mexico and Asia, I just didn’t realize the how much until I visited over the weekend. Wow! Inside, it was row upon row of decorative planters, colorful clay sinks, and figurines in varying shapes and sizes. Most items are for sale while others are on display as cultural museum pieces.

Prices weren’t too bad and I brought home a ceramic pumpkin made in Mexico. (See the photo above, it’s the one on the left. The glass pumpkin in the center is from the Glass Market at Corning Museum of Glass – thanks, Mom!)

Enjoy these snapshots and check them out next time you’re in Fort Myers or elsewhere in Southwest Florida. You’ll be blown away with the collection!
