My taste buds have been screaming for a delicious food festival! I’m so excited to be attending the 4th annual Clearwater Beach Uncorked  being held Feb. 7 & 8, 2015, beneath the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa.

I enjoy attending food festivals solo because I can take my time to savor the flavors, chat with the chefs and sponsors, and bypass what doesn’t look appealing, which usually isn’t much. It’s also an opportunity to chat up other foodies. Plus, you don’t have someone judging you about how much food (or adult beverages) you’ve consumed!

Clearwater Beach Uncorked has been described “as the hippest beachfront gastronomic event on Florida’s west coast,” and is sponsored by Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa and Publix along with Bright House Networks, the City of Clearwater, Duncan Hines, Florida Department of Citrus, Hefty, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Planters, and Reynolds.

During Clearwater Beach Uncorked, enjoy delicious tastings from the area’s most renowned restaurants, along with savory wines, craft beers, and micro-brews from over 100 different wineries.

While wiggling toes in sugar-white sand, savor flavorful masterpieces whipped up by nationally acclaimed chefs and local chefs. Taste buds will be tantalized with delicious tastings from the area’s most renowned restaurants, along with savory wines, craft beers, and micro-brews from over 100 different wineries.

For those staying the weekend, enjoy an exclusive pre-Valentine’s Day VIP rate at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach just for Clearwater Beach Uncorked attendees.

Food, wine and beer sampling is all inclusive in the ticket price. I’m happy to learn a percentage of the food festival’s ticket sales will benefit the University of South Florida School of Hospitality and Technology.

Will I see you there? Cheers!
