A quick Google search sets me at ease when I discover I’m not the only one with pandemic insomnia. Lately, I’ve been having sweet dreams with Nature’s Bounty Jelly Bean vitamins.

Ripple Street, a marketing agency that connects influencers with brands, sent me a Chat Pack with Nature’s Bounty Sleep Jelly Bean Vitamins – and coupons – and boy, do I need these!

During this pandemic, I’ve been having trouble sleeping through the night. I’ll often wake up in the middle of the night with my mind racing with a bit of anxiety.

I avoid taking sleeping aids because they typically leave me feeling croggy and sluggish the next morning. I look for natural ways to sleep, like exercise and reducing use of caffein in the afternoon and evening.

Daily, I use Nature’s Bounty supplements and this month is my first-time trying Nature’s Bounty Sleep Jelly Bean Vitamins.

On the first evening, I chewed a Sleep Jelly Bean about an hour before bed and slept through the night. Come morning, it was easy getting out of bed and I felt well rested. Typically, I’m hitting the snooze about four times before crawling out of bed. I felt alert and clear-headed throughout the day.

Is it a one-hit wonder? Nah. For about a week, I chewed one before bed every other night with the same results the next morning.

The Mixed Berry flavor is a bit sweet with a slightly sour pucker. The jelly bean has a nice, firm texture and didn’t leave any chalky or gummy residue in my mouth or between my teeth, something other gummy supplements and/or vitamins have done.

Sweet Dreams with Nature's Bounty.

Medical Disclaimer

The label states, “Promotes restful sleep so you can wake up refreshed,” and that’s exactly how I felt.

The Sleep Jelly Beans contain melatonin which is often used as a supplement for sleeping disorders like insomnia and jetlag. When traveling abroad, I often use melatonin to fight jetlag. Now, I have the option of heading over to my local Walmart to pick up a bottle of Nature’s Bounty Sleep Jelly Beans for my future travels. Until then, these jelly beans will help me have sweet dreams and fight pandemic insomnia.

Note: I’m not a medical provider and if you’re considering using this product, be sure to read the label and consult with your healthcare provider, especially if you take other vitamins or supplements and prescription medication.
