My mission this year is to get a sampling of what each chef is saying and creating. I mean, need to get my $200+ worth from the event. I’ll also be interviewing Food Network’s opens in a new windowMarcela Valladolid who specializes in Mexican cooking – yum! I’ve been doing some research on her and she has an intriguing background. Stay tuned for an interview in the near future.

My taste buds will be using this week to gear up for a tasty weekend and until then, check out some of my opens in a new windowphotos from last year’s cooking event with Mr. Fieri.
