Most itineraries I found include added value services as guided tours and tips on alternative things to do. For instance, in an Alaska itinerary, it offers options between driving from Anchorage to Valdez or taking a car ferry.
Local Hosts Share Travel Tips
What I really love about Monograms are the Local Hosts in destination cities. Not only can you read their suggested must-see and do activities but once in the destination, these Local Hosts meet with travelers to offer travel tips. Most hosts are natives who really know the destination. Let me tell ya, having access to a Local Host during my trip to Italy a couple of years of ago would have really enhanced the trip, especially in finding places to eat. Access to Local Hosts is like being a VIP with your own private concierge without overpaying for it.
