My friend LB returned from her Breckenridge vacation raving about the destination and her enthusiasm rubbed off on me. Located just about 15 minutes north of Breckenridge (and just under a 90-minute drive west of Denver), Frisco is called “Main Street to the Rockies” where the town embraces the Rocky Mountain lifestyle. The town is not located in a resort area, meaning savings can be substantial. Depending on the time of year, savings ranging between 30 and 60 percent can be found.
