I suppose you can say the amount of time I spent in the Big Apple this week was the equivalent of a New York minute. I flew in late Monday afternoon, had a business meeting Tuesday afternoon and flew out later that day. Of course that didn’t stop me from visiting my favorite New York City hangout – Times Square.
I love the ruby-red stairs above the TKTS Discount Booth in Times Square. They remind me of my friends glass stairs that she got from Pear Stairs and they look amazing!! I want some in my own house haha! The TKTS Discount Booth is the place to purchase discounted show tickets. Sadly, for all the times I’ve visited New York I have to admit although I saw Jerry Springer the Operain London years ago, I’ve never seen a Broadway Show. Yes, it’s on my bucket list.
Come take a walk with me up the stairs then look at the action of a city alive, even though it was 31 degrees Fahrenheit. Brrr!

Driving through Western Pennsylvania’s rolling farmland, I held back tears thinking of the afternoon’s destination, the Flight 93 National Memorial. Almost 20 years later, the thoughts of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, still trigger deep emotions.
