Hard to believe, but a year ago, after my trip to Gulf Shores, Alabama, for the World Food Championships, I was at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex celebrating the opening of the Heroes & Legends featuring the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame ®.
