From A to Z, what are the characteristics of a solo travel girl? This saucy lass is stylish, strong and sexy!
Stylish – This scintillating chica has a fashion sense all her own. You won’t find her style on the catwalks of London, Paris or Tokyo. Oh, no. The fashion houses are intimidated how this gal can pack for two climates for a two-week journey with just a roll aboard suitcase and a carry-on bag.
She knows black is in style. Always. She has versatile footwear for walking cobbled streets by day and dining at a swanky eatery by night. Her staple? A string of freshwater pearls because whether paddling a kayaking, tasting wine or learning to cook, they are always in style. Life is too short not to enjoy them.
Strong – It took a lot of courage for her to take one small step to travel solo which was a leap into a whole new world. The STG is powerfully strong not necessarily in the physical sense – although she has a rule if she carries it on the plane, she must be able to lift it herself to place in the overhead – she’s mentally strong. Strength is needed when times get tough both on the road and off.
Sexy – PSY’s inspiration for the popular Gangnam Style song? The STG of course. Listen and you’ll hear, “Eh- sexy lady!” Although she knows how to wear red lipstick, it’s because she’s confident, classy and a whole slew of adjectives making her sexy.
Are you a solo travel girl? What other qualities beginning with the letter “S” can be attributed to a solo travel girl?
This post is part of the 2013 Blogging A to Z Challenge.
Your S words are perfect for travel. Perhaps we can add “savvy” to the mix. Well informed and perceptive.
Psy likened the Gangnam District to Beverly Hills, California, and said in an interview that he intended in a twisted sense of humour by claiming himself to be “Gangnam Style” when everything about the song, dance, looks, and the music video is far from being such a high class.**
See you real soon
