Some of the destinations featured include the opens in a new windowLas Vegas Area. I recommend walking the strip one evening and soak the energy in from fighting pirates to exploding volcanoes and music pouring into the streets. A Las Vegas buffet is a must and when I return next, I’m taking in a Cirque du Soleil show. And if you haven’t seen them – Blue Man Group rocks! Oh yeah, forgot about walking the casino floors listening to the ding-ding of slot machines and the occasional scream from someone winning big. Of course, having lived there, I recommend a trip out to Death Valley National Park and yes, it is hot enough in the summer to fry an egg on the sidewalk.
