Wordless Wednesday: Oyster Shucking in Seattle

Well, it’s been several months since my birthday trip to the Pacific Northwest and I’m slowly getting caught up with editing photos and writing posts. Today, I introduce you to Steelhead Diner Chef Anthony Polizzi who was flattered when he saw my camera and demonstrated the proper way to shuck an oyster.

Seattle was the final stop on the journey and it’s safe to say ZeldaMae and I ate our way through the Emerald City. Check out this article, “My Girlfriend Getaway to Seattle, Washington,” to find out what other culinary delights we enjoyed.

And now I’m delighted to introduce you to Chef Anthony Polizzi from Steelhead Diner. If you dine there, tell him Solo Travel Girl sent ya!
