Now, LB visited Breckenridge in November so she was all about the skiing, sledding, and sleigh rides. When not enjoying the great outdoors (as it was pretty cold, so cold, the inside of her nose froze!), she and her family kept warm and cozy inside. After doing some research, this mountain destination located smack dab in the middle of Colorado makes a pretty cool summer getaway offering miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, rivers ideal for rafting trips, and horseback riding opportunities to get that Rocky Mountain high. Can’t forget the urban amenities such as shopping, dining and a groovy night scene yet, the charm of this old mining town is still preserved.  Yup, definitely my kind of town.
